What do I receive when I order a template from Night Time Media?
As soon as you complete your order by using
our secure form, you will be redirected to the download URL. The zip
file that you download will include all the HTML files, PSD files
(Adobe Photoshop) to edit or modify the template and the fonts that
we used in the template.
Please remember that you will need an unzipping tool such as Winzip
to open the zip archive. You can download winzip from:

2. I paid the money but I did not get any download information or I
have been redirected to a blank page.
If that happens. All you need to do
is to send us an
email or
contact us by clicking at the Live Support Operator button. The link
for the template will be sent to your email address ASAP.
3. Is it possible to refund the payment if I do
not like the template.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds but we recommend you
to get 4-5 star templates if you want to make sure that the template
you are buying is a high quality template.

What do I need to edit the texts and graphics on
the template that I bought?
First requirement is to have Adobe Photoshop
installed in your computer.
Then first you need to open the fonts folder in the zip file and
copy all the fonts inside that folder to your computers FONTS
folder.
Then you need to open the template in Adobe Photoshop and edit the
texts and/or images.
Last thing will be cutting the template from the cutting pints and
saving the images as the same names that they appear in the
template.

5. What is the difference between
unique and non-unique purchase?
NON-UNIQUE PURCHASE:
Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template
you have chosen some time later.
UNIQUE PURCHASE:
Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy
this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is
permanently removed from the sales directory and is never available
to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the
template before you will own it.

already purchased before?
